Ceiling oil painting." Icarus"....... To 'heighten' the hallway of this house we were co-missioned .to do a ceiling Trompe l'oeil. As the overall decoration of the house is Greek/Roman, we chose for a 'one point' perspective of a balustrade and columns. These columns are also present in the house. Depicted is Icarus, son of Dedalus, reaching for the sky. Oil on canvas, 3.10x3,60 mtr.
